At Phonics Funland, we value your privacy. When you message us, fill out our contact form or book a call, we may collect a small amount of personal information about you and your child. This page explains what we collect, why, and the promises we make about it.
What we collect
- Parent’s or guardian’s name
- Child’s name and age
- Contact number and, if you email us, your email address
- Your WhatsApp messages with us about calls, enrolment and classes
- Recordings of live classes, where a class is recorded for quality checks or the assessment step described in our Terms & Conditions
This information is used only for
- Contacting you about a free call or admissions
- Providing course-related information and class schedules
- Running the classes and tracking your child’s progress
- Communication regarding our programmes
Services we use
- WhatsApp — enquiries, enrolment and day-to-day class updates
- Google Meet — live classes
- Google Forms — call requests and enrolment forms
- Netlify — hosting for this website
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Our website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The contact form does not store anything on our servers; it simply opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message.
Our promises to you
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
- All information is kept secure and used strictly for educational communication purposes.
- Class recordings are never posted publicly. Your child’s photo or video appears in our marketing only if you give us written consent (a WhatsApp message is fine).
- Class recordings are deleted within 6 months of the course ending. Your contact details are kept only while we are in touch about classes.
- You can ask us to see, update or delete your details at any time. Just send us a message.
